General Shareholders' Meeting

 A General Shareholders' Meeting takes place within six months after the ending of a financial year. Items on the agenda are the review of the annual report and the adoption of the financial statements.

Other General Shareholders' Meetings are held as often as either the Supervisory Board or the Board of Management deems necessary. The agenda of the General Shareholders' Meeting is determined by the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board.
