On 1 February 2017, Frans van de Noort (1965) joined the management board of Eneco as Chief Operations Officer (COO). He previously worked as Operational Director at Stedin. Prior to that, he fulfilled the role of Managing Director at construction company Joulz and Director Solar Bio Hydro at Eneco. He has enjoyed a long career in the technology sector. Before coming to Eneco, he worked at General Electric (GE Plastics) and then as Chief Operating Officer at Van Gansewinkel.
